Outlook 2002 Switches

"c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE" /CleanFreeBusy
will regenerate the busy days indicators on the Outlook Calendar after a Blackberry sync.

"c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE" /resetfolders
can fix sync problems between Outlook and a Blackberry.  In my case the memopad to notes.  Special thanks to Michael-D-Clark for the solution.
