Tea Or Coffee. Maybe Coke As Well.

I have been informed that heavy drinkers of tea or coffee are resistant to Parkinson's Disease.  More prevention than helping existing sufferers.

Apparently it is something to do with caffeine.  I wonder if Coca-Cola helps.  In any case I better only take in moderation.  Too much is also not good for health.

Need more research.

Pomegranate Juice

I have been informed that drinking pomegranate juice helps clear arteries.  Searching around google seems to confirm this.

Asparagus

I was informed today that the vegetable asparagus is good for preventing and help heal cancer. Something to do with asparagus makes the blood more alkaline(or base) where as cancer cells need a more acidic blood.

Eating asparagus is good. Blending asparagus into a puree is better as it gives a greater concentration.

Is this true?

Need to do more research.

ATI X1600 Pioneer laptop driver update

Go to ATI website,

Find the support graphics drivers area.

Pick Win XP -> Radeon -> Radeon X1600 Series (NOTE: Not the mobility Radeon)

Download the Display Driver only.

Install the driver files somewhere and take note where.

Go to Window's Device Manager and update driver for the X1600. Do not connect to Windows Update. Install from specific location. Don't search, I will choose the driver to install. Click Have disk. Click browse and find where the Radeon files have been installed and search for the .inf file. Select the .inf file. Select Radeon X1600 Series.

Go ahead with the install, and pray that it doesn't ask for some fancy file that isn't in the package.

Reboot and pray that everything works.
